Our Approach
We worked with Rushcliffe Borough Council to combine its offices, civic facilities, and main leisure centre onto one site. The new development includes 2,000 square metres of open-plan office space and new civic facilities including a Council Chamber, Leaders’ and Members’ Rooms, meeting spaces, and extensive parking facilities.
The sports facility boasts a 25m swimming pool and wet-changing village with teaching spaces and a leisure pool. New provisions were incorporated into the existing sports hall including new changing facilities, a stunning 150 station gym, 3 new fitness studios, and an impressive new refurbished cafeteria.
